What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, login details)
- Child/learner profiles created within the app
- Saved progress, scores, and in-app activity history
- Any voice recordings processed for speech-recognition features
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period where we're legally required to (for example, financial records of a purchase), after which it is permanently removed.
